bruschette - quick maltese lunch

as easy as that: cut up cucumber, tomatoes, olives, fresh parsley, red onions, garlic if you like and season with sea salt, black pepper or chilies. toast some brown bread or maltese ftira.

optionally: cut up some fresh gbejna (goat cheese) and drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil. also some fresh figs would go fine…
