what you need:
beautiful ripe tomatoes, your favourite olive oil, sea salt and pepper, fresh basil, capers.
served with fresh maltese bread or ciabatta/ oil bread. just divine….
what to do:
cut the tomatoes into small pieces and smash them with a fork. add some olive oil and season with salt and pepper. you can also add chili and a hint of fresh lemon juice depending on your taste. add fresh basil (also rucola is fine!) and capers if you like.
