it’s soft. it’s sweet. somehow it’s like sweet potatoe puree, but also like a baked apple.. my first time with a butternut sqash was amazing. after some fighting at the start (ohh i thought, i’m gonna break my biggest and most favourite knife from thailand!!) it turned out: it’s love ❤
